What:
The Scavenger Dash is a wildly fun urban adventure.

Teams of two solve twelve clues, have a wild city adventure and complete fun challenges while discovering the city in a different way. An amazing race on a local level, where anyone can participate.

Object:

• to have fun!
• to have an exciting adventure.
• to properly complete all the clues first.

Why: Wanna have some fun?!  This is it!  A day of excitement, fun team challenge events and a chance to enjoy the area in a way you never imagined.

Registration: fees are:$97 per team of 2 until 1/28, $120 until 2/8, $130 (cash only) til raceday.

In order to speed the check-in process, please have each of your teammates fill out and sign the waiver here: WAIVER and bring it with you.

The Scavenger Dash is primarily designed for adults, so if there are young participants, they may need assistance from an older team member. For those under 18, you may participate along with an adult over 18. We do however need this additional waiver filled out and brought to check-in. Minimum age is 12 years.

** It should be noted that no roads are closed to accommodate you, and you are 100% responsible for your own safety while traveling which may include crossing busy streets.**

What Happened?:

Our awesome Houston participants found themselves running all over downtown to find all kinds of crazy art, bells and even a replica of the first step on the moon.  They also learned a few new uses for copy paper, skittles and plastic cups!  The Knies Girls (Alden Barnett and Kristin Knies) raced in for first place with a time of 1:38.  Best costume went to Team Heart On (Courtney Baldwin and Jean Lee) and their Valentine’s Day-themed outfits.  Special thanks to Cabo Mix-Mex, Flying Saucer, B.U.S. Bar, 1820 and Brewery Tap  for being such great hosts.  See you next year!
